Подобная картина возникает, когда я пытаюсь загрузить файловую систему с USB-флэшки. Параметры командной строки ядра и переменная bootargs одинаковые. Вот что пишет:

На моей плате уже установлены подтягивающие резисторы. Для того, чтобы в этом убедиться, хотел прикрепить фотографии моей платы. Но не получилось... Матрицы R47 и R48, как и было сказано, отсутствуют. Вместо них - перемычки.
